- Has your delivery gone missing? Please wait up to 6 working days after ordering, then contact our customer service team at orders@weareshrine.com. Don’t forget to include your order number!
- PLEASE NOTE - we are not responsible for information which has been entered incorrectly at check out. If you have imputed your address incorrectly and not contacted us to change this before the item is shipped, you will have to wait until the package is returned back to our warehouse before we can resend.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

- You have 28 days to return an item from when it’s delivered for a full refund (we strongly recommend that you get proof of postage). No refund will be issued for any returns received after this 28 day period.
- Some items can’t be returned e.g. earrings, items where a hygiene strip or seal has been removed (like swim wear and underwear). They also include goods with a seal for health protection and hygiene reasons that's been broken. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights.
- The Customer must cover the cost of returning unwanted goods.
- The Customer must follow the returns policy, by emailing SHRINE at orders@weareshrine.com to notify their intention to return any goods.
- Within 14 days after receipt of the goods, the Customer must contact SHRINE in writing via the contact details above and, following which, they must be returned to us within 14 days.
- The goods must be ‘as new’ and unused, in original undamaged packaging, including all items and free gifts received. It is the Customer’s responsibility to take reasonable care of the products until their return to SHRINE. SHRINE will consider that the Customer has not taken reasonable care if the goods have been used in a way or extent, exceeding what a customer would similarly examine the goods in a retail shop prior to purchase and will be entitled to deduct an amount reflecting any such reduction in value due to your use.
- Any refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the Customer’s returned products.
- All clothing pieces that are being returned, must be in a resell-able condition, unworn with the original tags still in tact. Anything that returns back into the warehouse not as the above, will not be returned.Â
DAMAGED GOODS
- In cases where the rejection of the goods is due to a defect or discrepancy in the order, the Customer is entitled to a full refund within 14 days of the date of delivery of the products. The Customer must notify SHRINE within 14 days of delivery and return the product to SHRINE before the refund can be issued.
- We will examine the returned product and will notify you of and process your refund within a reasonable period of time and, in any case, within 14 days of the day we confirm to you that you were entitled to a refund for the defective product. Products returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you and the cost incurred by you in returning the item to us.
